$1,000 Early Declaration Incentive: On February 9, 2010, The Board of Education will consider adopting an Early Declaration Incentive that will provide $1,000 to full-time certificated employees who share their resignation or retirement plans with the District. Attention Employees: It is important to assure that your employee contact information, address and telephone numbers are updated at all times so that the District can send you critical and timely information. An example of when it is important to maintain accurate information is the mailing of the 2009 W-2s. It is imperative that all employees update the system with any address changes using the Employee Self Service (ESS) at the following link – https://selfservice.lausd.net as soon as possible. Math & Science Initiative: An informational meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m. for non-credentialed Math and Science majors and individuals with math and science backgrounds interested in teaching.
