Certificated Administrative Exams for 2011-12: Due to the current budget uncertainty and the existence of reemployment lists for many classifications, Human Resources Division will not be offering certificated administrative examinations for the 2011-2012 School Year. While there is no offering of the certificated administrative examinations, aspiring administrators are encouraged to review the following resources:

Aspiring Administrator’s Online Guide provides:

• a practical overview of components in the Recommendation of Readiness (RoR) processes (along with examination information)

• a helpful advice on completing the Certificated Administrative Candidate Portfolio. Aspiring administrators are encouraged to work on their own Certificated Administrative Candidate Portfolio that could be completed as experiences are obtained. In addition to the use of the Portfolio as part of the examination application, it may be used in preparation for applying to a school-based position and

• a review of the Success Indicators
